I landed today (1/8/07) on CJ's site and was shocked to learn of his death. I sold him the mildly customized 1950 Ford that he's leaning on in the picture. I dealt with him over several weeks while he was buying the car and found him to be a delightful person to work with. I posted his model site on two of my webrings ('Scale Models' and 'Models: Trains, Planes, & Automobiles'). I'm truly sorry to hear of his passing... we will all miss his passion for automobiles.

I never met CJ in person only through emails over the years. We shared the same interest, model building.
The man had a talent for detail.

May he rest in peace.
Tom Krupski.

I only knew CJ through his site but feel as if I had known him in person. Now at 59 years of age and an old modeler who drifted back into the hobby about 8 years ago the information on CJ's site helped me to get back into the swing of things.

To his family and friends, he will be missed.

Curtis was a close friend of mine. I will miss his grin and the visits we had. I will miss having him around but he will never be forgotten.
