’49 Merc Custom

   This is a AMT ’49 Mercury, our it was, It’s now a chopped, channeled section, and shaved low riding lead shed with a attitude. The top has 4 scale inches taken out, the body 3", the hood is pancaked  with a scallop opening. It’s been nosed and I molded the top grill section and turned it upside down for the grill opening. The interior is lined with upholstery material from the fabric store, but because I didn’t open the doors, you can’t see it that good. I molded my own cruiser skirts for it, and painted it a deep purple finger nail polish over black primmer. I didn’t put a motor in this puppy, because I was afraid it would take off on me, HA.HA.HA
